Christmas 2008 was the date for the second Tree Plantation.
We had the collaboration of the “SurFrider Foundation Europe” and the same group of friends.
This year the location was in the coast, near the beach.
We planted 20 pinos in the “dunas” to protect the coastline. This area is affected by a plague of “australias” species which destroy the landscape in the coastline. This specie is the main responsable for the disappear of the beach area.
